The name for the new model is Modern 5. The size of the new house is 45m2, the hight is 3,5m. 

The new model will differ from the old one in some ways, like inside walls will be made from gypsocarton.

After the contraction is finished we will post foots and maybe videos of the new house.

The price for this model is 30 500 Euro, incl BTW and delivery (exclusive crane work and fundering)
